Barbara Dwyer Gunn is President and CEO of Seedco, a national nonprofit organization that develops and oversees programs to create new economic opportunities for low-income people and communities. A longtime nonprofit and government leader in New York City, Ms. Gunn’s career has demonstrated outstanding ability in innovative program development, fundraising, operational management, and astute budget and finance oversight. She comes to Seedco from the American Museum of Natural History in New York where she served nearly 15 years as the Senior Vice President for Operations and Government Relations. Ms. Gunn also brings extensive public service experience, holding multiple leadership positions in the administration of New York City Mayor Edward I. Koch.
