Seedco's technical assistance client portfolio includes more than 350 nonprofit and public organizations. Current projects include:

Partnership & Network Management

  • Annie E. Casey Foundation: Seedco delivers technical assistance services to the foundation's workforce development and asset building grantees.
  • Greater New Orleans Inc.: After Hurricane Katrina, Seedco was invited to provide technical assistance to Greater New Orleans Inc., a public-private economic development partnership and its partners, as they worked to rebuild New Orleans.
  • US Department of Labor: Seedco trained and provided one-on-one support to Workforce Investment Boards to help them formalize relationships with faith and community-based organizations.

Program Development and Performance Management

  • United Way of New York City: Seedco provides Technical Assistance services for the United Way of New York City's Community Action initiatives. Seedco has helped to design, implement and monitor the performance of the Housing Help Program, Food Card Assistance Program, My Door and Quality New York.
  • New York City Department of Youth and Community Development: Seedco delivered customized technical assistance to over 120 youth employment contractors. We helped contractors improve the design of their programs; engage and retain youth; train their workforce staff; work with employers; and manage performance-based contracts.
  • Loyola University Lindy Boggs National Center: Seedco provided support to the Loyola University Lindy Boggs National Center for Community Literacy in New Orleans, LA, to enhance its recruitment, training, and employment services.
  • US Department of Housing and Urban Development: Seedco delivers programmatic and organizational capacity building to Community Housing Development Organizations.
  • Community-Based Organizations: We provide technical assistance to many community organizations, including the members of the EarnFair networks.
