EarnMore Career Advancement
Seedco has helped thousands of job seekers with little or no work history to find and secure employment. But our experience has shown us that many of our clients are unable to move past a series of entry-level positions in order to achieve financial independence.
The EarnMore Career Advancement program was created to address this problem. Through Seedco’s network of community-based organizations, EarnMore offers intensive career coaching and skills training to help participants fulfill their career goals. EarnMore also targets clients through their employers by helping employers in New York City cultivate internal career advancement opportunities.
