Ronin A. Davis oversees Seedco’s programming in New York. Ronin returned to Seedco after having previously worked on the Strong Fathers, Stronger Families program in New York during its launch. Prior to rejoining Seedco, Ronin worked for The Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center where he managed the Community Initiatives technical assistance team, which focused on the intersection of community-based organizations and criminal and juvenile justice agencies. He and his team worked with grant programs across the country that utilized mentoring, technology-based career training, and fatherhood and family-supportive services to support people returning from incarceration. Ronin also oversaw the development of the Mentoring as a Component of Reentry project. In the past Ronin has worked on different alternatives to incarceration projects and began his career working in juvenile detention at the Boulder County Juvenile Assessment Center in Colorado. Ronin received his Masters in Social Work from Columbia University.
