Our Strong Fathers, Stronger Families Director recently spoke at the Pathways to Graduation Support Staff Professional Development Workshop (District 79) in New York City. District 79 serves over 5000 students between the ages 17-22. This district works with a high proportion of students with disabilities, ESL students, the economically disadvantaged and students who have previously been disconnected from school.
As part of Strong Fathers, Stronger Families technical assistance, Noelle presented to 90 student support staff attendees on the following two goals:
- To support fathers in Pathways to Graduation schools by leading fatherhood groups and connecting fathers to programs.
- To promote discussion of fatherhood in all support services.

The Strong Fathers, Stronger Families program helps fathers gain the resources they need to enter and succeed in the workforce and have a positive impact on the lives of their children.
