Our partners at the Greater Memphis Alliance for a Competitive Workforce recently released two videos featuring participants and staff from Seedco’s Training to Work program, funded by the U.S. Department of Labor. Seedco’s Mid-South Career Pathways Collaborative helps men and women enrolled in state or local work release programs in the Memphis area gain the job skills necessary for in-demand occupations as they reintegrate back into society. In May 2016, Seedco was awarded a $1.017 million grant by the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange to continue its valuable work providing consumer healthcare access to residents of the Upper Eastern Shore Region of Maryland.
